You can search and download the published Occurrence Report from this page by providing following details
Enter the Crime Number
Select Year of registration of CR. CRs from January 2020 is available for downloading
Select district from the dropdown menu
Select concerned Office name from dropdown menu
Add security code displayed in the form. If the security code is not readable click "Not Readable" link to change the security code
Click "Submit" button for Search
Status message will be displayed if the OR is published for download and CR will be downloaded automatically otherwise error message will be displayed
